Zach CookSetThe invisibles will mark Zach’s first time behind the scenes of a show, and he couldn’t be more pleased. His acting credits include Straight Jacket and Tie, Hippie Doctor, The Fantasticks! at UNO Theater, and Brick at Skullduggery Theater. When he’s not thinking about collecting trash for his friends to play with onstage, he enjoys professional level procrastination and trying in vain to keep his car clean. |

Joe FogartyWriterJoe Fogarty is an Omaha Native who wished to return to his roots after living in Las Vegas for ten years. A creative writing major, Joe became involved with the Omaha Theatre scene just a little over a year ago, and quickly became hooked. Appearing in UNO’s Midsummer production as Demetrius, SNAP’S Speech & Debate as Solomon, and in Dog Sees God as CB (among other things) Joe has had little time for rest. Despite this, he managed to support the Collective, and when asked to write for them, jumped at the opportunity. Originally Joe was asked to modify Charles Mee’s play A Time To Burn, but he quickly decided to rewrite his own modern show, using only the setting from Mee’s play. New characters quickly developed, ones that were much more realistic then Mee’s zany midgets or foreign transvestites. The result was invisibles, a show that chronicles the modern day economic situation and reveals the lives and stories of the working poor. invisibles is Fogarty’s first full length script. |
